gorge on ice cream for a HEALTHY breakfast this is a recipe i just learned. and bananas are on a whole nother level for me now.
1 frozen banana,
1/2 or 1/3 cup of almond milk. (or soy) , i used naked mango juice.
BLEND.

when taking the banana out of the freezer, run it under warm water to get the peel off easily. Dont try to get all the stringy things off, this is a very nutritious part of the banana. feel free to sprinkle almonds on top , or even put some dark chocolate bits on top. Love to kill cravings early on, in a good way. so full right now,…. of fruit. and the sugar is easy to balance with good amounts of water
